Turn off Mt. Juliet Rd. and onto Weston Drive. Take the immediate left into the patient parking lot which puts you directly in front of our blue building. Our logo is on the glass double doors on the front side of the building.
Note: If you take the second left it puts you in the lot behind the building with no easy access.
