We've compiled this handy resource to address common questions and provide you with all the information you need to feel confident about your dental care.

Do You Accept New Patients?

Yes! If you’d like to become our patient, please contact us to request your appointment!

Do You Accept Insurance?

We accept most PPO plans and can check the extent of coverage for you as a courtesy. Please visit our payment and insurance page to learn more about our financial options or contact our team for more information.

Do You See Children?

At Revive Implant + Cosmetic Dentistry, we treat children age 12 and older. If you have younger children and would like a recommendation for a pediatric dentist, just let us know. We have several great options here in Mt. Juliet.

Do You Perform All Treatments in Your Office?

Most of the time, we handle treatments right here in our office, thanks to our advanced technology like 3D imaging and CEREC®. However, in some cases where specialized care is needed, we'll guide you to the best specialist for your unique situation. Just know we will always make these decisions with your best interest in mind.

Will My Cleanings Be Covered 100%?

Cleanings aren't one-size-fits-all, and coverage depends on your insurance and your dental needs. For instance, if you have significant buildup on your teeth or periodontal pockets, you would need a deep cleaning, which is different from a normal, healthy cleaning.

When you visit our office, we’ll make sure you know what your insurance does and doesn’t cover before beginning any treatment

Are Dental X-Rays Safe?

We're proud to say we only use digital X-rays here, which are much safer than traditional film X-rays because they reduce radiation exposure by up to 80%.

Moreover, the amount of radiation from a full set of dental X-rays is comparable to what you'd naturally get from the environment in just a few days of normal living. To put it in perspective, it's like the radiation you'd get from a single cross-country flight!

Can I Still Get Treatment If I Suffer from Dental Anxiety?

We know dental anxiety is a common concern for many patients, so we go the extra mile to make your treatment as comfortable and stress free as possible.

If our amenities aren’t enough to make you feel at ease, Dr. Brown is licensed in Tennessee to administer oral conscious sedation. This is a great solution for patients who are not only anxious, but also for those who want to get all their treatment completed in a single visit.

You’ll just have to take a prescription medication an hour before the procedure and our team will take care of the rest!

What’s the Best Way to Whiten My Teeth?

Our in-office treatment provides immediate results in one visit, while the take-home trays offer convenience and gradual brightening. Both options are safe and effective, so you can choose the method that suits your lifestyle best. For significant color changes, porcelain veneers or crowns may be the best and most predictable solution.

I Want to Straighten My Teeth. What Are My Options?

Clear aligners are one of the most popular choices, as they gradually straighten teeth using a series of transparent trays. If you're seeking a faster alternative, porcelain crowns or veneers are effective for addressing immediate color change, minor spaces between teeth, or slight misalignments.
